Full hydraulic steering gear lever type hydraulic cylinder

The front and rear covers and cylinders are connected by four (square end caps) or six (round end caps) rods. The front and rear end caps are square, rectangular or round. The cylinder can be selected by the high-precision cold-drawn tube provided by the steel pipe factory, and cut according to the corresponding length of the stroke length. Generally, the inner surface can be used without machining (or only finishing). The main parts such as the front and rear covers and pistons are common parts. Therefore, the drawbar type hydraulic cylinder has a simple structure, is easy to assemble and disassemble, has a high degree of generalization of parts, is low in manufacturing cost, and is suitable for mass production. However, it is limited by the stroke length, cylinder bore diameter and rated pressure. If the stroke length is too long, the length of the tie rod will be correspondingly long, and the end portion of the cylinder tube may be leaked when the assembly is easily biased; if the inner diameter of the cylinder tube is too large and the rated pressure is high, the strength of the material of the tie rod is required. , select the large diameter tie rod, but the radial dimension does not allow the rod diameter to be too large.


Second, the welding type hydraulic cylinder

The cylinder tube and the rear end cover are welded, and the cylinder tube and the front end cover are connected with internal threads, inner snap rings, external threads, outer snap rings, flanges, wire retaining rings and the like.

The welded hydraulic cylinder is characterized by its small size and can withstand certain impact loads and harsh external conditions. However, due to the strength of the connection between the front end cover and the cylinder barrel, the snap ring or the wire retaining ring, the inner diameter of the cylinder can not be too large and the rated pressure cannot be too high.

The welding type hydraulic cylinder usually has a rated pressure Pn<25MPa and a cylinder inner diameter D<320mm. The maximum stroke S<10-15m is allowed under the conditions of the piston rod and cylinder.


Third, the flange type hydraulic cylinder

The cylinder tube and the front and rear end covers are flanged, and the flange and the cylinder tube are integrally welded and threaded. The flange type hydraulic cylinder is characterized by high rated pressure, large inner diameter of the cylinder barrel and large size. Suitable for harsh impact loads and external working conditions, also known as heavy duty hydraulic cylinders.

Flange type hydraulic cylinders usually have a rated pressure Pn<35MPa and an inner diameter D<320mm. The maximum stroke is allowed to be S<8m under the conditions of the piston rod and cylinder.

Hydraulic lifting platform special-type structural hydraulic cylinder, mainly based on the general-purpose structural hydraulic cylinder, according to specific requirements, special configuration, generally non-standard type, but also need to increase the buffer device, hydraulic lock, proportional valve and other precision Control equipment, and some also need to use a combination of hydraulic cylinders to perform multiple actions to meet actual needs.
