(1) Check if the oil level of the hydraulic oil storage tank is too low and if there is air in the oil. If the oil level is too low, hydraulic oil should be added to bring the oil level to the specified height of the dipstick. If there is air in the hydraulic oil, carefully check the hydraulic oil pump inlet pipe for cracks, cracks, and loose joints. The air in the hydraulic oil should be drained after troubleshooting.

(2) Check if the filter element in the oil storage tank is broken or damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new filter element. If it is dirty, it should be cleaned.

(3) Check that the pump oil flow rate of the oil pump and the safety adjustment valve function well. The method of inspection is as follows:

A pressure gauge C and a valve D with a range of 150 bar are installed on the high pressure oil pipe of the steering oil pump and the steering gear. Open the valve, start the engine idling, shortly close the pressure gauge for about 5 seconds (the time can not be long, so as not to overheat the oil pump), check the pressure gauge, if the pressure of the pressure gauge reaches 130bar, it will not continue to rise, indicating that the steering hydraulic pump is working normally. If it is higher than 130bar, the safety valve is not allowed, it should be adjusted to 130bar; if the pressure of the pressure gauge is lower than 130bar, the steering hydraulic pump wears more, there is internal leakage, the flow regulating valve and safety valve are not properly adjusted, and should be re-adjusted. If the adjustment does not meet the requirements, the steering hydraulic pump should be replaced.

(4) Check the slide valve to see if it works well. If the clearance is too tight due to excessive clearance, replace the new steering screw and spool valve.

(5) Check the seal ring on the booster piston, and the seal of the intermediate seal ring of the radial ring groove of the valve chamber body is good. Replace new parts if necessary. Also check the surface of the cylinder for damage.

(6) Check whether the valve ball and seat of the check valve are sealed. If the closing is not strict due to the dirt padding, it should be thoroughly cleaned; if the valve body itself causes the closing is not strict, replace the new one.

(7) Check the use and lubrication of the ball rod pin of the horizontal tie rod. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced.

(8) Check the lubrication of the knuckle king pin and bushing. If the lubrication is not good, it will cause rust to cause steering difficulties.
